Nag-request kami ng policy ng Fire insurance para sa condo namin over a month ago, they told us na 2-3 weeks daw processing time pero hanggang ngayon puro false promises binibigay na ganitong date daw ibibigay pero wala naman!! (Note: This condo developer has 4-letter initials, kayo na bahala humula) Now, we need the policy cover kasi yung bank kung saan naka-loan yung unit namin requires fire insurance, it's either kukuha sa bank or if sa labas, in this case, the developer's insurance company, we need to provide the policy cover plus the endorsement letter para di na kami bibili sa bank. HAAAY

Actually kinailangan ko lang magalit dun sa nag-hahandle sa PMO kasi sobrang bagal niya kumilos!!Sabi ba naman sa akin two weeks ago, the following week andyan na daw, then nag-follow up ako last week, August 28 daw andyan na sa kanila yung policy cover. Kanina, nag-follow up ako, Aug 30 nanaman daw!!! Sept 2 na due yung papers sa Security Bank or else they'll debit us 5k since we have an account with them. I have requested this July 30 pa!!! It's more than the promised 2-3 weeks na. Hay nako, yung sister ko actually yung unit owner and inis na inis na siya.
Ayun, kanina sa PMO nagalit ako, tapos ngayong hapon, nasend na agad sa email ko. Minsan, kailangan lang rin magalit para umaksyon yung mga tao. Biruin mo if di ako nagalit, idedelay nanaman nila. Hay.
glad you got it sorted. dmci is pretty good. fam property already doubled in value. all the maintenance aspects are very good. pool is treated nightly. gym is good. elevators are always cold. lobby sofas are clean. lobby is cold too. floors are clean. even the stairs are cleaned(i know since i go up 30floors for cardio lol)
I would have to agree with everything that you have just mentioned, sir StockEngine! The only cons are the PMO handling requests. This was not the first time cause nung nag-earthquake last April, there was a visible hairline crack present on our unit, so we had to report it sa PMO. Sabi ng PMO they will schedule an on-site visit to inspect the crack and have it repaired. So pina-check na, then nag-schedule na ng appointment for repairing the crack, biruin mo ba naman, hindi pala naipila yung unit number namin, 10 am usapan, 3 pm na dumating at nai-repair! Had to waste precious time for their inefficiency. Sabi pa nung repairman, wala daw sa listahan nila yung unit namin..... Jusko daiii!!
Another grievance I have is PARKING!!!! 3 slots lang are allotted for the guest parking, and since we do not rent or own a parking slot, it's giving us a hard time to unload stuff since they couldn't allocate parking for us! Pag mag-uunload daw, kailangan may maiwan na driver tsaka naka-hazard dawSo if mag-isa ka and wala nang parking at marami kang kailangan i-unload, sorry ka nalang
