i once had to make a second round trip to tagaytay from the metro, late at night, because someone forgot to give me the house keys.

ako, sa sabitan ng susi, sa likod ng pridyider.
Friend shut the trunk with the keys inside. We were in Tagaytay. He does have a spare key but he lives in QC. He was supposed to have someone bring the spare to tagaytay but a tambay was able to pick the lock and open the door (car was an Accord) Buti my friend is not maselan with his car (he drove the nicest car in our barkada, mga naka compact lang kami hehe) I wouldn't have allowed that in my car hehe

This stuff happens more often than you think. Was attending a wake at Loyola Commonwealth. While at the drop off, I got out of the car to unload some food and drinks from the back. Car was running. As soon as I shut the door, I heard the power lock engage. So...the engine was on...lights were on...aircon was on...the keys were in the ignition! [emoji31]
Had to wait an hour before someone brought the spare key. Buti nalang mabait yung guard and they put a traffic cone to ward off other vehicles.

We also had a beach incident (late 80s) in Batangas but the engine was running with AC on. They didn't want to pick the lock or break the glass so they got the extra keys (Makati) Buti hindi nag overheat yung car kahit naka idle ng ilang oras.
