hindi ko pa nasubukan yun vinegar, pero try mo eto;

put a pool of cooking oil on your palm, apply and agitate well on the affected area. then wash it thoroughly with soap(dish washing liquid would be better), rinse then repeat with the soap alone.
i've been doing it at very effective iyan para sa mga stubborn smells na nanikit sa skin, kahit petrol smell kaya niyan.
btw, yun vinegar matindi rin kumapit sa skin ang amoy eh,,, kaya rin ng cooking oil yun.

My Mom had me dukot the grease and dirt at the oil trap under the sink - 3 large pails full! I don't know why she can't wait until tomorrow so our all around can do it. When my Mom wants something done, she wants it done NOW. It's just the sink at the dirty kitchen so I don't see the urgency. HAY!

take a bath. use the tips of your fingers and nails, to scrub your scalp.
you might also try out some tea to wash your arms and hands and fingers with.

Yes bro.

I realized that Iba Zambales is roughly as far as Baguio from our place. And take note two 30-minute meetings (in Iba and in Clark) and a 15-minute lunch in Subic. Hectic! And just over 500km total. In other countries, that would be 5 hours of driving, maybe less... But here, ahem....

The road in some towns such as San Felipe are fun drives. I was actually on the lookout for the Everest or Sorento of bro.yebo... tignan ko kung ilang tabong alikabok ang kakainin ko....

It looks like all my test results are normal. I just want the doctor to read it and confirm that everything is okay. After that, I will make sure that I don't need to visit a nephron again. It's such a nightmare

I really prefer my cardio, the secretary is nice to me. Wala din pila sa cardio ko because he does not like HMO.

Wow really? I thought allergologist ang konti. Yung allergologist ko, they post a paper at the doctor's office at 6 am and then the patients sign up for his afternoon clinic OMG! He does not even accept HMO but the line is so long! We still waited over an hour even if we signed up so early. I'm glad I haven't had any allergic episodes recently.

Re the nephro, the first time I was there, I was the only young patient. Lahat at least 50, mostly seniors. The nephro practically told me that he thinks nothing is wrong me BUT to make sure he ordered ultrasound for kidney, xray for my spine, CBC, Urinalysis and Creatinine. I just got the results and it all says normal. But I want the doctor to see it. What I am not looking forward to is his hag secretary.

It makes me wonder what was the cause of the excruciating pain I experienced for 2 straight mornings. It was so bad I thought of going to the ER. And then it just went away after 2 hours or so I wonder if I passed a stone.

Yeah most secretaries I know stay for years and years. BUT if the secretary is not nice, it can also make the doctor lose patients. That's one of the reasons why I switch doctors.

BTT: Super haba na ng pila sa KFC! Took us at least 45 minutes in line! I think the news about the points spread already. Buti na lang talaga naka heads up si ULS kahapon so I was able to take advantage yesterday. I'm not that much pissed because some guy let me line up ahead of him (they made a separate like for rewards) pero yung babaeng middle aged twice pa ko sinabihan na dun ako sa dulo. Malay ko ba. Hindi naman ako sumisingit, buti mabait yung isang guy pinauna ako. Tapos when I also asked for extra gravy and they gave it to me for free. The girl ahead of me, they said may charge It really pays to smile

He's supposed to be a very good nephro. My cousin who works in St Luke's recommended him, pero ayoko na talaga bumalik.
