What do you mean? You left Makati at 9? Where in Makati? And you are still at Shell Maga at this time???

Ako naman 6pm umalis from MOA, nakauwi ako 11pm kanina. Stand still for 1-2hrs.
Just got home.

The traffic armaggedon was abysmally bad. I had to stay over in my folks place in makati overnight. Im lucky that i have this option. Others had no choice but to endure a hellacious commute.
I cant believe how easy it is to paralyze out metropolis. I feel so defenseless.
We're home before 6PM, and so I was stunned when I turned on the news and it was reporting that horrible traffic in EDSA, during the heavy rain.... It rained here in SoMM,- but not really a downpour....
The HPG team according to the field reporter was there up to 11PM only; And after that,- Oh well.....
The real advantage of those who are "working from home" and the likes.....

I was driving along the fort b0nifacio-sales road and rain was pouring hard it was almost zero visibility. Traffic was gridlock at the corner of sales and bayani road I had to counterflow to turn left to bayani rd. At one of the corners of the AFPVAI village water was tire deep a couple of cars were stranded and some decided not to cross adding to the traffic. I was able to cross with the livina and upon reaching heritage wala ng ulan or traffic. It was weird!
That flood scenario was also weird, bro.
Definitely,- Heritage's land level is lower than that flooded area.... Must be a catch basin or something...
Because, I would imagine that during a downpour, there would be a river (of water) flowing down the intersection with C5, but not as what you have described.

So horrible what happened last nightIt's a good thing I left work at the right time, had I been a few mins late, I would have been stuck for hours too. Metro manila living is horrible na talaga.
it was already concluded long ago.. that we can not rely on gravity alone, in draining our floods. we have to use powered pumps.
so what happened to them pumps?
