    Ang mga pu**** i**** nag iisue ng LOA for mexicare dito sa UST eh napakabagaaaal!

    10am dapat start na issuance walangya mag 11am na nag umpisa. Ang haba na ng pila!

    Napaka insensitive at inconsiderate sa tao. Si esmi since 12 midnight pa ang fasting hanggang ngayon abang pa lang din sa LOA niya.

    Libre nga hassle naman!
