But I started applying na. I am very disappointed with our mgt (except for German boss). They are really driving people away. Mass exodus kami for 2015. They are overworking people. When one person leaves, they don't replace and just distribute the work. And when they do hire, they have low standards, making things difficult for tenured employees.

If they have a low standard for hiring,- that is alredy painful....

Worse, there is such thing as salary compression,- making it doubly painful for the tenured.....

If it were solely up to my German boss, my career would have been very successful na. I appreciate that he does all that he can. He gives me good projects and builds me up with upper mgt. My colleagues even tease me it is too obvious I am his favorite. Unfortunately, when it comes to promotion, we are deliberated against other departments. My boss admits that our dept is not favored since we are not profit generating. Also, he is not supposed to handle people issues. That is the job of my AVP. Regarding financial rewards, I work in a large MNC and mgt can only do so much. They can't just implement new financial benefits or rewards. It has to be across the board

You have answered your current existential question. Its hopeless there in the short to mid term. Get out while you still have something left to give. Dont waste it all there. I dont want to be on a high horse but your posts over the years regarding your job have shown your intense dissatisfaction with your job and more importantly the trajectory of your career.

After all , your career is in your hands more than anyone else's. And its clear that you arent going to get much help on that front if you stay.

time flies so fast.. don't waste your time in a company that doesn't recognize/reward you.. di mo mamamalayan.. 5 yrs, 10 yrs even 20 yrs nandyan ka pa din.. time lost can't be recovered.. 20 to 25 yrs old.. ok lang pa easy easy.. when you hit 25 dapat your climbing the corporate ladder na.. building up your finances na kasi yan yung prime mo up to age 40.. where you have better bargaining rights.. after that.. pa easy easy na ulit..

Im not sure kung saan nadale. Feeling ko dito lang sa apartment namin kasi never naman ako bumaba ng auto ng di ko nakikita kagabi, unless may ogag sa parking ng araneta, pero katabi ko kahapon blank space beside the teller eh kaya wala naman siguro mag lakas loob gawin yun.
