    Yeah. I quit na. Madalas na kasi ako magkasakit and it is so hard to smoke na Daming lugar na bawal. Sa office namin mainit na kulob yun smoking area. Lalo ako mamamatay ng maaga haha.

    ^^ buti naman. healthy living na tayo ngayon. sakin naman gaya ng post ko before, literally nabutas ang bulsa ko. hehe. sabi nga ng dentist ko nung napa cleaning lang last month, ohh himala! bakit wala ng tartar nag mga ngipin mo?

    Nakaka asar lang sa isang thread na bukasan parang yung isang nag re-reply sa thread parang ang bitter naman po. Syempre hindi biro ang pag bili ng sasakyan lalo na kung nag kakahalaga ito ng 4.5m -6m hay nako.

    Was surprised this morning when of our bosses had a PNP commemorative plate on his car.. he isn't even born here!
    And my friend told me they can help me get a congressman's '8' plate number. Wow

    If you want the throat to calm for some hours, try Kamillosan M Spray solution. I use this pag makati ang lalamunan at di maka tulog. 475 pesos sya that will last you 1 to 2 weeks.

    You have allergy which is probably causing your acid reflux. Clear liquid runny nose is a sign of allergy. Fruits are actually ok even if acidic. Go see a specialist. Took more than 10 years before getting a good diagnosis and cure.

    To control acid reflux, you need to take combination of medicines for 3-4 weeks.

    Thanks I better visit my allergologist soon. I regularly get sore throat na kasi.

    BTT: I got less than 5 hrs of sleep and I am very drowsy.
