Is it a pride thing or is it too much to ask for instructions if you have no idea on what you are doing?

Since e-kiosk na si BPI for transactions yung nasa kiosk nakatayo lang sa tapat and from the looks of it he has no idea of what he is doing. Ang haba na ng pila eh since i'm in a hurry nilapitan ko na and i assisted the guy.

the next guy on queue no idea din on what to do, same scenario antagal din niya pero eto nagkusa na at nagpatulong na saken.

Haven't received email package status from the third party shipper I sent my Amazon and eBay stuff. According to USPS tracking they received packages Monday morning CA time but the whole day they didn't sent me a single mail to acknowledge. Anyway, I'm hoping to get mail from them tomorrow before their Wednesday cutoff, excited to get my hands on stuff I ordered next week. [emoji1]

I asked him to prepare a simple document and when my German boss checked it ang daming mali Ang problema naka CC yung kataas taasang VP namin sa email. I did not notice these errors when I checked his report so it is partly my fault too. My German boss really have eyes like a hawk when checking reports!

CPA. He's the same person I always rant about. I guess he's just careless. I used to think our former manager was a b1tch kasi parati siyang sabon, but now that I experienced for myself his work ethics e I totally understand her now. I even remember when she called him out in our meeting because he left his work unfinished and people needed his output for their report naman. Ugali niya uwian ang trabajo tapos karamihan mali mali pa. Hindi focused kasi parang may networking or sales na inaasikaso.

Bwiset talaga! I doubt that my German boss and VP are aware that I did not prepare the documents. Sira na image ko!

Meron. He was given a failed performance rating last year. If he gets another one this year, forced resignation na. Kaya he needs to resign din kasi with the way things are going, I think he'll get another failed rating if he stays.

Admittedly fail din ako sa attendance pero bumawi naman ako performance.

May pinagawa din ako na stats kahapon na ipresent ko sa management sa ibang departments, pag check ko mali mali!!!! Ginamit pala yung old stats. Tamad talaga!!! :rant: parang lalo naging baboy work niya kasi paalis na siya.

Buti nalang hindi graded attendance ko, hindi ko talaga kaya pumasok ng maaga. Kahit hatinggabi na ko umuwi ok lang, pero hirap na hirap akong pumunta ng office before 9am.

Hindi rin naman graded or tracked ang attendance samin pero it is a factor in the overall performance rating I suppose. I am always late din but I make sure that I complete the 9 hours.
