Heard that Yokohama Tires at clark decided to stop it's production, no raw materials to use.

Erap said he did it for his constituents and to solve manila traffic :twak:

My container is schedule to arrive this Aug 22 , original date was July 11!

    incredibly stupid govt

^sobrang congested ng ports natin. from what i heard, madami daw importers na iniiwan lang yung containers nila sa port kasi wala pa silang warehouse. they would rather pay demurage.

KUPAL!!!!!

Actually, they're not willing to pay the "fees" anymore, margins are so low and many can't increase their prices.

buti our goods are not perishable pero badtrip sobra tagal lumabas ng pier

customers are following up. all i can say is "sorry di pa lumalabas ang container van. may port congestion" hoping they don't look elsewhere. well, if they look elsewhere sana wala din stock yung iba hehe

Why are they using the MICT when they're strategically nearer to Subic?

This Erap guy is inutile is some aspects. Why blame the traffic mess on trucks and commerce in general? Can't he see the streets of Manila become parking spaces left and right? May double parking na, meron pa mga illegal tricycle and jeepney terminals. Meron pa shanties along the streets.

    Or am I just hallucinating?

If he can eradicate all those, he has solved the traffic mess already by 50% (or more).

The problem with Batangas Port is that the Customs and the Economic Zone Processing Offices are a few kilometers from the port,- and so quite inconvenient... We have not used the port yet, but we are doing some groundworks to utilize it....

Plus, we cannot fill a container,- and so the required segregation....
