Hi guys. I'd just like to ask which bank do you prefer to open an ATM account in and why?

How much is the minimum required ADB for ATM accounts in the different banks nowadays.

Security Bank and BPI.

    Inputs welcome.

    Thanks!

I suggest BPI. They have an extensive number of ATMs around the city and country so it would be convienent to find one at any time of the day.

A BDO ATM account only requires a P1000 ADB.

It is more convenient than BPI since there is no internetwork charge when using your BDO card through EPCIB ATMs (since they've merged).

Hehe, keep the payroll account after leaving the company... most companies don't cancel the payroll account status and you'll end up having an account with P100 or zero ADB requirement...

My BPI has no minimum balance, neither does my Equi even after I left the company for over 4 years.

hmmm. eto plano ko dati eh... but when i left my former company. they asked me to close my ATM account.

BPI Family and Equitable Savings requires 500 opening amount lang with 1000 ADB.

pero sa akin, i really find it convenient maintaining or opening an account with any Bancnet member branch... because of bancnetonline where i pay my bills.
