Ya, that's how Hitler fixed Germany up, by going inside the system. Of course, the idealistic person should follow the Hitler example only up to 1937. 1938 onward, nasiraan na ng ulo, haha....

One good example of how Hitler beat the system is when he put up the Todt Organization. Their most famous achievement is the autobahn system. If it was left to the DPWH ng Germany at the time, they wouldn't have had autobahns to quickly bring their forces to Poland.
