IMO technically walang nilabag na batas si mr pineda..our law applies only in phil. teritory... if the match happened here in the Philippines, then the NHI can exercise its powers,if any, to penalize pineda... but it happened in the US so NHI can't do anything about it kung di pagsabihan or criticize him
id rather penalized mr. christian bautista whom forgot the lyrics of our national anthem(isang istansa yata sa last part yung nakalimutan nya!and take note dito nangyari sa bansa natin yun (*nonito donaire's bout) pero anong nangyari wala di ba? ndi sya napenalized i think panahon na para irevised na LAw natin sa national anthem....
