I think what pisses NHI off is that, they even send Pineda a sample CD and instruction on how to sing the National anthem, and yet he still sang it that way.

if it's in the constitution that singing the NA in different tune is a violation then so be it.

Lea Salonga sang the NA very well and she was the only one at least according to NHI who got it correctly.

hinde na kasi kailangan magpasikat ng mga pinoy singers ng pag birit pag kumakanta, everybody knows they are already a good singers so need to belt every stanza of a song.
