    Take a 10-minute break and do what you want...

    I'd normally get some air and sunlight..... with a cup of coffee in one hand... No smoke,- just coffee and occasional chitchat.....

    Works well almost all of the times...

    Yayain ang boss na wala din ginagawa mag 1on1 sa DOTA, Red Alert or Star Craft.

    Pag tinatamad ako magtrabaho, iniisip ko na mas maayos ang kalagayan ko dahil may trabaho ako. Yung iba wala.

    Kahit barya barya lang kita, at least meron pambili ng pagkain at pambayad sa kuryente.

    Puntahan mo bisor mo, itanong mo kung ano pa ang dapat mong gawin para maging bisor ka rin...

    Magsisimula mag kwento yun at tuturuan ka pa sa trabajo mo. Mamalayan mo na lang na alas sinko na at uwian na, at tapos na ang gawain mo dahil tinapos na ng bisor mo...

    Ulitin mo makalipas ng isang bwan, iba naman pagkwetuhan nyo. Sandali lang mapropromote ka pa

    Resign. When my team mates started leaving our firm and eventually i was the only one left in our original group of 8, i resigned and never look back. By that time, I was so bored id only show up at work after lunch. The earliest im at the office was 11am. Minsan masasalubong ko boss ko sa elevator on his way out to a lunch meeting, ako papasok pa lang. Lol i did this for about a year before i decided to pack up. That was 6 years ago. I turned freelance right after that and ive never been happier.

    In hindsight, it was not the salary or perks that made me love working there. Its the friendship and camaraderie i shared with my group during our time there.
