Iba iba lang talaga ang tolerance ng tao sa ganyan. I guess pag san san ka pinapadala, natututo ka nalang makibagay sa mga tao na makakawork mo heheh.

Pati date format. It has to 10 June 2015. Pag June 10, 2015 or 10/6/2015 or 6/10/2015 magagalit yan. Dapat kasi una date at standard kasi we are a European organization. Hanggang ngayon dala ko na yung ugali na yan. I always write dates in that format.

You should try my last manager in my first job. Consistent siya lahat ng tao walang tumatagal. If you are telling me that you always have good relations with everyone you have worked with because you are so highly adaptable then good for you.

That is actually one of my idiosyncrasies when signing documents, requiring dates e... or in emails. Worse pa nga ako dahil for example 10th June, 2015....... very inefficient!.....

But, I NEVER impose that format on anyone...

In programming, I always use the international format 2015.06.10 for easy sorting....

Kahit na old style sir you can't do anything but keep it to yourself. A lot of people suffer silently with these kind of superiors because of we need the money to support our family. To those employees who are in this kind of situation I SALUTE YOU! You are all brave, putting your families before yourselves and you suffer silently. Suwerte po mga pamilya nyo.

To ma'am Cathy, i trust you are now happy with your boss. Konti tiis lang talaga giginhawa din. D naman permanente situation natin lagi e. Something good will happen in the end. [emoji106] keep it up!

Yes I am very happy with my bosses now. They are one of the reasons why I stay in my low paying job. But there is a recent reorg so my direct manager (who is also my best friend) will be replaced by a new person. Dami na rin umalis and my friends who left are pushing me to leave na rin. Kaya lang natatakot ako matapat sa dragon boss na naman.

Mababa na employee morale dito kaya mga tao parati late or leave

I agree with you bro.,- we all have our own stories.... And our individual sufferings with our superiors...

Yes,- in the absence of any equal if not better opportunities,- grit (our teeth), do our (paid) job, and move forward for our family's welfare....

^i resigned twice. the first was a career advancement. the second was sad. I loved that job (i still love everything in it). and this was the exact text of my resignation letter: "Effective December 31, 2010, i tender my irrevocable resignation." My superior returned it with the instruction: "state the reason." so, I wrote another resignation letter saying: "Effective December 31, 2010, i tender my irrevocable resignation because i will venture into farming." he accepted it. in 2012, while I was reading the Philippine Daily Inquirer in my office I read in the front page that he was dismissed from the service by the Ombudsman. I almost fell off my seat laughing. I planned to write him a letter congratulating his good fortune but I changed my mind. lately, a former colleague told me that he suffered a stroke and is already bedridden. well, maybe, just maybe, that is what they call karma.

Happy to know you're doing fine and is happy too! Sa compensation po if you feel that the co.can't give you more then it's better po to try other options. Don't be afraid po coz it will hinder your capabilities. Maybe theres a better pay out there and superior that will be your next bestfriend [emoji4] fight on lang po ma'am [emoji106]
