afaik, aluminum's natural finish is not shiny, unlike gold, silver or brass.
when it comes to bike finishes, "polished aluminum" lang ang alam kong may "mirror like" finish.
dati, GLO rin lang ang ginagamit ko. it works, but that was sooo many years ago na.

October 8th, 2015 03:00 PM #5the shiny polish of aluminum with glo or colgate white, does not last..
aluminum is a very active metal. it readily reacts with oxygen in the air, forming aluminum oxide, that "very fine lusterless" surface of aluminum products.
if shined aluminum is to remain shiny, it has to be coated with a coat of clear, or metal-coated, to prevent the aluminum underneath, from reacting with the oxygen. (actually, it is the metal coating over the aluminum, that shines..).

thanks peeps!
may site kasi na yung stem ng bike napakintab ng mother's. well after buffing ng sandpaper tapos apply ng mother's.
kahit di mirror like, basta shiny and mawala yung umido.

The assumption that the vehicle runs on the road, the ECU is more than likely a match. Try cleaning...
