Learned his situation in 2011 pa, pero he is still in good shape until now. So i guess, matagal parin naman ang buhay kahit may HIV, basta take the meds regularly.

I have a theory how it mutated re the HIV,

gay A blows then swalllows fluid of gay B.
gay A go back to daily grind on weekdays then come weekend, gay A anals gay C.
the fluid that gay A released to gay C. is a combo of the fluid he swallowed from gay B a week ago and his own bodily fluids.

Gay C in turn receives the fluid inside his ass, but excretes it shortly after coz its the ass, therefore creating the fusion of gay B, gay A fluid + gay C's feces.

then gay A got blowed minutes after by Gay D (since theyre having orgy).

then Gay D swallows, another week of work, then come another weekend, Gay D meets Gay E and Gay F

^ Some virus are not deadly to the organism originally carrying it. Kaya nga kapag pumupunta tao sa isang lugar for the first time, lagi may quarantine pagbalik because you don't know what organisms - very very small to large - might be carried by them.

Kaya nga pinag-aaralan din ng scientists ang mga monkeys sa Africa kasi baka yung immune system nila ang key for an anti-HIV vaccine or medicine.
