Just a waste of people's money ang pinapasahod sa mga taong katulad ni Abaya.

But seriously, even with our overburdened roads, if these agencies and their heads take the time to drive around more often like a normal citizen does, they can see that this can still be alleviated with a lot of enforcement and flow management to ensure that the bottlenecks are managed and traffic can still move (and not just be in gridlock).

Bro. Even world class roads. If the Filipino scheme of zoning and traffic and style of driving both private and public take over, patay kang bata ka!!! Traffic would be a nightmare....

Bottom line, they have to PROPERLY MANAGE the traffic!
