If the project has to be done, then it has to be done. If not now, then when? What's the alternative? The project will inconvenience everyone regardless of start date. Might as well get started on it and hope it gets done eventually.

Traffic in the Metro really worsened, before pangarap ko lang to buy my own car.

The hell with commuting, kahit matrapik ako kako basta may sarili oto.

Pero ngayon gusto ko na manirahan nearby our workplace, to add-up yung magkaiba kayo ng location ng office ng spouse mo eh problema pa lalo.

Stress ka na sa trabaho. Pag uwi mo din ng bahay stress ka pa din.

And stress is fatal to our health.
