May 120sqm ako na lupa at balak ko patayuan ang bahay. Naisip namin container para madali at baka mura.
Aabot din daw nang 900 - 1M na 100 sqm meter na land area. Pero maganda na design hindi halatang container house.

I remember the former Pier 1 restaurants, they were made with containers di ba? IIRC, the one in Libis were stacked containers.

Kung sana meron yung portacabin na, 1 bedroom with kitchen/dining and toilet and bath. Swak as farm house. Kahit 20 foot lang para madali itransport.
