Reminds me of a story:

Visitor to Farmer: If you had two cars, would you give one to me?
Farmer: Yes of course.

Visitor: If you had two houses, would you give one to me?
Farmer: Yes of course.

Visitor to Farmer: If you had two cows, would you give one to me?

At this point the farmer thought about it and said, "No."

Visitor: Why?
Farmer: I do have two cows.

That aside, people do have altruistic virtues. Question is at what point one figures he has enough and its time to do something for the greater good?

I will form and finance an elite vigilante group with modern armaments and top of the line communication gears and gadgets. Members will be screen with rigorous exam available to determine their loyalty to the cause. Target of the group are the corrupt govt men, criminal minds, etc. :D

Well shaq, I think most of what you said sounds pretty good. I believe in the saying that "if give a man a fish, you will feed him for the day, but if you teach the man how to fish, he could feed a whole community!"
I would add a free hospital and a medical staff to rival any other hospital in the Philippines. Well, its just a dream, for now
