Just share my MB experience buying a OVP relay, (w124)
Store enkat would not issue a receipt or warranty or return policy.
Is that normal?
Anyway , I bought a wrong, one made in bulgaria or hungary which has 2 fuses instead of one.

Was the part you bought brand new? or surplus?

I know the brothers that run Enkat, and there's one brother I would avoid like the plague. He tends to be rough around the edges.

Parang kilala ko yun ah, yun yung nakasagutan ko back when I was still restoring my W123. I won't go into details, pero ang bottomline is pinagpipilitan nya yung brand ng parts na ayaw ng customer

Over the phone sinabihan pa ako nyan ng "tanga" in Chinese, malas lang nya that I also speak the language, kaya minura ko rin sya ng bonggang bongga in Chinese.
