though technically not a movie... I'm watching Nikita atm(which is miles ahead better than Salt)

edit: forgot to mention that I also watched "The Gamers: Dorkness Rising". It was really fun to watch. Had me laughing all the time even if it was an indy film

The professional (extended uncut version) BD rip. a week ago.

Watched it back then on VHS but never appreciated it.

Watched again in HD, one of my all time favorites (currently #34 on imdb top 250).

Gary Oldman is a badass mofo.

    and Natalie Portman....

recent movies i watched in the movie theaters are:

    Salt
    Inception
    Despicable me
    Resident Evil 4

while inception had a good concept, i enjoyed despicable me the most. panalo sa 3D. i think pixar distanced themselves from dreamworks with this film (as if UP and toy story 3 didn't accomplish that already..) highly recommended.

I'd like to watch my next movie at Resorts World. I really want to experience the theatre. It looks so nice! I bet there won't be too much annoying moviegoers there. LOL. Now I have to decide when to watch.

    Yes and no...

If it was R18 (uncut) yes! (worth it) ... but the local release is a PG13 which has some cuts, specifically heads exploding scenes where cut out. I feel it's kinda a let down because the movie itself is pretty violent enough that deletion of those few scenes doesn't really remove the fact that it's still an R18 movie.

Anyway, if you like a fun to watch movie, it's still a good movie to watch but note that the 3D effects here are more on the gimmicks (bullets & stuff flying through the air) rather than the scenery/background being 3D (ala Avatar).

Personally, if you watch this in 2D, you aren't missing much...

Oh that's why it felt weird in some scenes. I thought I just fell asleep during the cuts. Personally I think this is not the best RE movie, the scare factor is too low.

Avatar is being reshown in MOA's IMAX for 200. A steal even if you've seen it already.
