Sa tingin ko, naininis si GMA sa pagka-bail ng suspek, then she dropped hints here and there (Tulfo) and presto, the damage was done to Babao! The president was so shrewed and calculating. She got exactly the result she was after. Teach a journalist a lesson on presidential ire. Babao may have been living a privileged life, but he is not immune to the scorn of an irate woman, especially one who happened to be an unpopular, stubborn president.
But Babao a terrorist? Nope. A fool, maybe. But a super rich fool nonetheless, hehehe

maybe what happened was julius babao wanted to do an exclusive story on dawud. but the latter asked julius babao for assiatance in getting bail money in exchange for the exclusive story. and julius agreed to help. that doesn't mean that he himself put up the bond money. but as a journalist, his job is to cover the story, not create the story. he shouldn't have gotten involved in the court proceedings.

If Babao was indeed whispering during the hearing, so what? Isn't that the proper and logical thing to do inside a courtroom, so as not to unduly disturb the legal proceedings?
Has military intelligence finally sunk down to the level of haphazard conjecture and malicious hearsay?Last edited by Bogeyman; November 8th, 2005 at 03:53 PM.
