But as we grow older we are now more health conscious. I'm now eating less rice and loads up with veggies. I felt sluggish and sugar I think is the main culprit.

They're making objective and relevant political information available to the masses.

Hindi na exclusive sa English speaking segment of society Ang mga importanteng isyu sa lipunan. Kung baga hindi na ganun ka esoteric iyong mga topics tulad Ng charter change, inflation, int'l diplomacy, etc

May dumaan sa feed ko na kinuha nila ng pasimple yung tira na food ng umalis sa kabilang table. Yung cake tolerable pa because it looked untouched. Pero nakakasuka yung kinuha na tirang halo halo na tunaw na. That's DISGUSTING. I really hope that was a set up and not really a stranger's table. Tapos yung mga pinoy na nag comment tuwang tuwa. Sa Good Taste Baguio daw yung restaurant.

People will do anything for views. Wala ng self respect and dignity

the other week,
we were in evangelista, having our ancient car accessorized.
i espied this dirty man at the corner with a garbage container, doing what i thought was pagpag, on the concrete lamp post surface. i slowly walked over, to give him a little something at huwag na niyang i-pagpag yon.
as i neared, i noticed that he wasn't pagpag-ing at all, but fixing a side mirror with fiberglass and glue and manipulating them with a stick...
heh heh.
