Tried to enhance the image but I couldn't make out the kind of watch. It could very well be a Constellation, but I have a hard time thinking it is because of the way the bracelet appears to be "separate" from the case.
The Constellation has a bracelet which appears to "flow" from the case. Also, the proportions are all wrong because the bracelet should taper from the lugs.
