Target company ko yan BNP Paribas after college!!! I didn't get in Paribas but thankfully got in a company that was also on my target list.

Merrill Lynch and Banco Santander were also prestigious places to work for at that time.

You mentioned prestigious companies kasi that is very important for my paternal lola. If she doesn't approve of the work of her apos she would say na wag na lang mag work and she would take care or us UNTIL we get a good job. Kasi nakakasira daw ng apelyido if so and so ang work. Hahaha.

Target company ko yan BNP Paribas after college!!! It's such a prestigious organization to work for. I didn't get in Paribas but thankfully got in a company that was also on my target list.

Merrill Lynch and Banco Santander were also prestigious places to work for at that time.

Natatawa nga kami sa company namin we always have trainings on integrity and reputation etc but we all know our company doesn't practice what they preach.

i agree with you.
but, it is easy to frown on something because it is wrong, if neither of the parties are close to us.
kung mamalasin, kahit hindi kabet but legal wife na nga, pinag-se-shake hands pa rin nang dalawang kilay dahil hindi tayo approve of the relationship...

in my experience,
striking close to home, "kabet is frowned upon, if one disapproves of the other party."
but if one likes the other party naman... we don't scowl too much.
double standard tayo kung minsan.
