Dalawa pa lang yun napanood ko na Kdrama.
Yun lead actress naman ng CLOY, late 30s na. But for her age hot tita sya and cute yung eyes when smiling, charming.

Yup been raving about Dark. One of my fave series in Netflix. Hard lang to remember who’s who across the generations/timeline. But once you get to know na, it’s an amazing series. It gets better towards the middle. I liked season 1 more than season 2 though.
It gets interesting by episode.
They’re now going back to 1986.

Watch this film last night it has a poor storyline but I like the futuristic visuals. This is about a muted man finding his girlfriend finding all clues to get what he wants.
so a manager cannot be a leader?
anyway, good thing Jerry Krause was recognized and became a Hall of Famer

Jerry Krause
The architect of the great Bulls championship runs of the 1990s, Jerry Krause was a respected, if not always appreciated, front office executive in the National Basketball Association. Armed with a legendary work ethic born from his years working as a scout for professional baseball and basketball, Krause’s real genius was revealed when Chicago Bulls owner Jerry Reinsdorf hired the Chicago native as his new general manager. Krause immediately set out to find the right pieces to surround franchise player Michael Jordan. He relied on instinct more than numbers, and his hiring of Phil Jackson as an assistant and later as head coach keyed Chicago’s rise to the top. Soon Krause was drafting fresh talent and signing free agents like Scottie Pippen, Dennis Rodman, Horace Grant, and Toni Kukoc. With all the pieces in place, the Bulls won six championships in eight years.

Leading is not the same as managing. Leaders take point over people and get them where they need to go. Managers oversee things to check if they are doing well.
Not all managers are leaders. I hate to say it but there are a lot of corporate pricks who has no care whatsoever to staff as their primary goal is the well-being of the organization.

It takes the whole organization to win .
Some have more contribution than others, but in some cases, it's the GM that makes it happen. The owners may have the money, but it is the GM who might have the vision and strategy laid down.
As mentioned Bob Myers is a very good example, and so is Jerry West with all his successes. Masai Ujiri is another more recent example. It his vision and bold move that won Toronto its first ever championship.
The success of each is dependent upon the success of the other. – John D. Rockefeller
