Among the three, the Philippine Daily Inquirer (PDI) takes the lead.

I still choose PDI, mainly because of its columnists, particularly Conrado de Quiros and Randy David... I also read Youngbood and this column gives a good opportunity for readers to let them publish their written thoughts and stories. Other sections are quite interesting as well like 2bU (written by and for youths), motoring and lifestyle.

Although obviously that despite the fact that PDIs biases on certain issues can be gleaned through their writings, aren't other broadsheets and or tabloids as well? It's still a money making business and newspapers do have an impact on the political, social and economic life of the country....

Maybe it's the style of PDI to be critical to all the incumbent leaders in order to expose the anomalies in the government Former President Estrada was so affected that he ordered an ad boycott with PDI. First gentleman Arroyo filed libel case against PDI editors

The Tribune is obviously the news paper of the anti-Arroyo government people.

PDI. Hard-hitting talaga. And they always take a stand on issues, which is what a newspaper should do, hindi yung fence sitter.

After the defunct Manila Times, nag-Inquirer na ako. Sundays - Manila Bulletin pa rin.
