Hi DonT, congratulations for acquiring your new 3.2L strada. Dami na tayo.

I'd like to refer the other readers to my post at the other thread Re: Mitsubishi Strada 2007 [Merged] p.60 post#1190, where I accounted my first hand experience on my newly bought 3.2 a/t strada on the perennial floods of Espana St. Tibay talaga ng strada sa baha.

Nice pics, DonT. Enjoy your ride!

Ganda talaga ng Strada niyo Sir.

Medyo alanganin lang talga yung sensor na kinabit nyo sa front, it wuold be better kasi if nasa sides siya. Yung sa likod ok lang.

No plan of installing fiber glass rear canopy[SIZE=-1] yung sa likod(tama ba term?); e.g. campershells or carryboy. Plus pogi points kasi e.

Yup. sometimes they call it L200 Animal edition...sa other asian markets they call it Triton. I find 'Triton' more appropriate.

I am planning to put something on the bed. Either a Rollbar w/ sportlid (lots of pogi points)...or just a simple Campershell or Carryboy Canopy (more functional and secured I think).

Is the picture you attached in the philippines? I think not. noticed the stainless bumper.

Okay, But I will be installing the accesories on the bed maybe later this year or early next year.
Just wanted to mention, I drove a couple of times from Al-ain to Dubai, and it is a very nice highway. Pretty straight compared to the Sohar - Dubai Road. I worked in Sohar last year and sohar is pretty boring. Al-ain and Dubai is soo much better.

NB: I think I will also be getting a 2007 Mitsubishi L200 pickup here at work. Will post later if it materializes.

Wow... your ride is a hot one! It sure does make the Toyota Hilux, Ford Ranger, Isuzu D-max and Nissan Frontier owners "pogi points" go down... hahaha! Kasi mas pogi para sakin ang bagong Strada. ^_^

Really?! So you've been here in UAE. Actually, I am traveling that road everyday...yes everyday..approx. 300kms++. I am working in JAFZA and staying in Al Ain; cheaper accommodations, wonderful environment and quite city. Dubai is sooooo expensive PLUS a hustle traffic.

    * xTrememan --> Thanks for your comments

*1.8XLi --> That is quite some distance...When I was working in Sohar. I had to travel 200kms just to eat KFC or Burgerking in Muscat..capital of Oman..So on a ordinary weekend trip to Muscat, I get to drive *500kms back and forth..but thats only on weekends. (FYI, I had a 1998 Grand Cherokee, 4.0L, A/T, Cruise Control, so the driving was pleasant.)

*AutoBot300ZX --> Sorry but I have'nt tried it yet. I will do once I come home mid of Oct. But you can check out these threads..

*Drey --> Have not seen it and not aware of it. But what I know is the F1 circuit here in Bahrain.

I think medyo baliktad nga. Since my family is in pinas, I should have gotten an outlander sa pinas and a Strada here at work.

Anyway, since I am alone here at work, I could do well with a BMW Z3 Roadster.

tingin ko sa engine parang busog na busog, grabe ang step up talaga ng strada from the old model wala ka nang makitang bakas nung dati, kung may hoodscoop sana yong 3.2 variants para dali mong ma identify from the 2.5 apart from different rims mas ok sana and mas nakakatakot tignan, i mean nakakatakot habulin hehe. very nice wicked truck!

    Hi DonT,

    Nice pics.

I noted that the strada you got there has a lower profile/stance, similar to some variants in thailand.

Post mo din tung pics mo sa new strada thread and the newly formed strada club thread.

Na-miss ka namin sa 2nd strada EB. Kelan balik mo?
