Skyactiv transmissions, both AT & MT, are pricier to build than CVTs & regular manuals. Hope they won't be selling out like everyone else.

    Exactly.
In an era of consolidation, the question is not if but when.

The premium euros have held it off. Mazda seems to be standing its ground, too. We'll see.

Because for Mazda, Driving feel is top notch. And CVT’s don’t give you that feeling. Well, sinabi ko lang ang binanggit ni jason sa video niya. Why Mazda Avoids CVT Transmissions?

Same here. If i have a choice i would never get a car with a CVT. Thats why both of our cars have conventional torque converter A/T.

Depende sa tuning ng CVT. I have no issues whatsoever with our CVT rides. No pun intended but one of my CVT rides drives very well, even better than rides of some people who look down on CVT.
