    hmmm.

sir niky explained that the sound came from bushings hitting each other. The mazda2's suspension was also tuned to be more "fun" than cushy... hence the stiffness. hehe

More like the spring hitting the spring perch where the bushing/rubber seat has worn away... some guys with first-gen Jazzes replaced the rubber with polyurethane to eliminate it.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

So I guess the Mazda2 really is the next-generation Jazz? Sounds like a familiar problem... might be loose wiring clips inside.

it's coming from the junction between the plastics of the dash and the head unit. sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not. I wonder if some silicon grease would help this...

Maybe you could have it dismantled and place rubber tape in the joints and between the panels.

    Hi guys,

Just got my new M2S two weeks ago

I have a question though..Is there a trunk release button in the car?

Or is it only through the key?

Its really annoying to turn of the engine before I can open the trunk when guards at malls want to inspect the trunk.

I am hoping there is a trunk-release button somewhere that i havent found yet .

    Please help!

for the hatch back, there is a black rubber button that you will press... then the trunk will pop out.
