In terms of fuel consumption, I am able to reach 25 km/L. Prior to OVT, I can only get a maximum of 23 km/L. I might have a slight advantage in terms of weight since the Mazda 6 is lighter than the CX-5.

Cons? You are limited with the safety. OVT won't push their tuned cars beyond what is safe to operate. In other words, you won't get the maximum power output if you'll be shortening the life of your car. If I'm not mistaken, there wasn't any report for engine breakdown as far as OVT is concerned.

OVT is known abroad, particularly in the US.

Yeah, i would agree sa swaybar/strubar... seems the G vectoring is only good at certain speed and curve type....

So OVT is on a safe side, i can sacrifice with the FC... i will try to read more about OVT. But no plan to have it within this year...
