The skeptic in me is saying that since pms is free (for 3 years), dealers might not be that motivated to provide optimum/quality service to your car. Unlike on a regular pms service from other brands, the owner has to pay something. An additional incentive on their part to make sure that preventive measures/maintenance were being done properly.
