How's your CX-5?

I just had a very bad experience with Mazda Quezon Ave.. The pictures attached were taken just last night after arriving home. Since gabi na, syempre my headlights were ON. Then I saw the moist upon arriving home maybe after about 30mins drive.

Actually this is the second time that this happened. The first time was 3-4 weeks ago when I noticed when I arrived home that there wast moist on both headlights after driving at night while raining. But then I thought siguro nga dahil sa ulan. But it happened again last night e hindi naman umuulan nung ginamit ko oto.

Just this morning, I brought the car sa QAve. And they were able to simulate the problem by turning the headlights on and hosing the car with water. Unfortunately both the service advisor and the warranty personnel (daw) claim that this is a normal scenario. Since mainit daw yung headlight at nalamigan nung tubig, normal lang daw na mag moist. WTF! Really!!! Wala ako talagang magawa kahit anong explanation gawin ko. Ganun na lang ba yun na I just should expect moist to buildup eveytime I turn the headlights ON while it's raining?!

Now I realize kung gaano kalaki ng difference ng after sales support ng Mazda compared to my suking Honda .

What do you think guys? Should I pursue for a headlight replacement? Any help and suggestions would be very much appreciated. Fyi, less than 1 year pa lang tong unit ko.

the best way to get rid of moisture in the headlights is to turn it on so it gets hot, open the back cover then blow DRY compressed air or nitrogen into the headlight assembly. by getting it hot the moisture evaporates, then blowing dry air/nitrogen flushes the moist air out of the headlight housing. pag hindi ma-flush yung moisture e paulit-ulit lang mag- evaporate<>condense yung tubig sa loob. where to get dry compressed air? the compressed air at gasoline stations is relatively dry and should suffice (as against moist compressed air, yung gamit ng mga dentist). gusto mo sigurado dun ka sa tire centers na may nitrogen bayad ka P100 per headlight. mga 20 seconds lang na bugahan yung loob ng headlight ok na yan.

sino sa mazda q.ave kausap mo? hanapin mo si sir dex. pati yung kasama nya (forgot the name) matino naman din kausap. nakaka-5 warranty claims na ako (3 palit turbo with 1 palit intercooler, 2 turbo hose) and kahit minsan di pa ako nahirapan mag-claim. i don't even sign any warranty claim forms, sila na nagaasikaso pinipirmahan ko na lang when i claim my vehicle. the customer is always right but only when he/she asks politely.
