    hi!

just recentlly bought a new mazda 3 2009 1.6l at. got the unit at 100k dp and 16,700 monthly payable in 5 years. according to my SA, we can change the contract to a lower number of years, say 3 years para mas mababa yung interest. input please?

tingin niyo oks na yung deal na nacommit ko? know na late na at ngayon pa ko nagtanong. hehe. gusto ko lang malaman if normal lang yung rate na bigay saken. nakalagay kasi sa invoice almost 49% yung interest.

    tia!

If you can afford it, shorten the interest period (para lower rate din).

Ganun ba ka-baba yung interest ng casa na hindi kayo kumuha sa banks?

I think normally mataas kasi yung interest rate ng casa compared sa mga banks like BDO, BPI, etc.

from 850K to 1.102M, ang mahal. 152K mo, napunta lang sa interest. cash basis pa rin talaga maganda, pero pag hindi mo naman kaya yung ganung method, walang ibang way kundi mag-resort sa loans. kung kaya mo mag-3 years lang instead of 5 years, better. pero kung hindi mo kaya magiging monthly mo pag 3 years na ang loan, then no choice but to stick with the 5 years loan.

    thanks sa replies.

through bank financing din po yan (psBank) pero ung SA ang nagsubmit ng loan application. hmmm. i guess kelangan ko na lumipat ng trabaho para tumaas naman sweldo ko. i'll see if i can shorten the term to 3 years.

    hi!! that's a good question.

well, for me, my plan is to lend a money for 500k on rural bank which offered only a 5% per annum 25k em i right for additional support? then buy ako in-cash mazda 3 hatchback. which i can pay for 1 yr sa loan ko sa bank. so kung 895k ang mazda? lalabas 525k lang ang babayaran ko sa bank in the whole year total ng liabilities ko sa car. which is mababa lang ang rate.. take note!!!

it was rural bank of kalookan. please dont ban this post. im sure makakatulong ito sa mga nangangailangan makatipid sila. nice idea right??? instead sa car financing sila kumuha, tatagain ka sa interest kahit libre lahat ang LTO, mortgage and insurance.... parang binayaran mo rin ng buo. ang lahat... niloko ka pa... kung marunong kang mag estimates ang cost... alam mo na kung bakit siya libre. compared sa cash term.

its a big help im sure....

Ayos to a! 5 percent per annum lang interest? Ilang years ba ang maximum? 3, 5, or 6 years?

Laking tipid nga to pag walang hidden costs/or charges!

as long as binabayaran mo ung interest nila. wala na silang paki kung babawasan mo ung inutang mo tlga sa bangko... kung may pang collateral ka.
    hehhehe....

yep great help talaga forums like tsikot's.

If your current cash flow can support the existing monthly ammortization, go with it. Why would you take out a loan to pay off another loan? Double interest expense yan.

I'm thinking if I can just pay the bank fully, given that change of term is allowed. Dunno din, I'm not so familiar with how these stuffs work, I'll ask them na lang. Pero if that's not possible, yep you're right, it's best to continue for me to continue with the current setup or possibly shorten the term to 3 years.

I got mine, V model last October 2008, 200k down, 13k/month for 5 years 33% interest BDO car loan using P.O. not from Mazda's in-house financing. Pero much better pa rin yung Kalookan rural bank offer na 25% lang ang 5 years considering 5% /annum interest.

I tried sa makati, and here's what i got (for the 1.6VL) :

    - 70% down and 0% on the remaining for 2 years thru bank car loan. Im not sure if they will get 0% interest if lower yung DP or if longer years, you can ask

    - Note that they have this "limited version" where they add the side skirts and rear spoiler, of course syempre may additional daw, but we were able to haggle it for free .

just wanna ask if nakuha mo ba yung "limited version" (with side skirts and rear spoiler) through zero percent interest sa original price niya na 895k or binigyan ka pa rin ng discount na 75k off?
