Gremlins do show up when your batt is on its way out.....not Mazda specific.

What's GS battery? Is that the stock battery that comes with the 1.5L model?

I see... so you had the same inconvenience as mine. Any modifications you did so that the tire will fit?

With my flat tire last time, I was in a hurry to replace it that I put the donut tire to the front instead at the back.

Later I discovered that I damaged the rim. That was a deep pothole! Using this as an opportunity to teach my kids, I asked them to remove the donut tire and exchange it with the rear tire.

Now, I'm waiting for casa to replace it.

Stock batts are low cost nonMF, w/ 12mo warranty. Mine had Panasonic. It did not last very long.

No modification. Nowadays my kids are using small backpacks for school so less worry with the trunk space if in case there's a flat tire.

Damaged rim, ouch! How much will the casa charge you for the rim replacement

I admire your composure to even thought of something useful out of the ordeal.

The same thing happened to me. But thankfully the rim wasn't damaged. How much did it cost you?

And How far did you drive with the donut in front? Because my bf said to use the spare at the back for safety and to prevent damaging the.. Uhmm..I forgot.. Kase the front wheels daw are doing the most work so, if it's not pantay then it can damage something..

The stock EFB battery in my M3 doesn't have any label that indicates it's maintenance free. So I'm guessing this is one of those batteries that I need to inspect the fluid if the pH level is still ok?
