Try turning sa stoplight with a aluminum truck van or bus in front of you. Kapag abante nila, (habang nakahinto ka) yun pinaka-"focus" ng left headlight pumupunta sa right.

I'm planning to manually adjust mine a little bit to the left but I'm worried it might affect the auto dimming feature of the high beam.

That's intentional on LHD cars, sir. Anti-glare for oncoming traffic. RHD will be left biased.
