I read somewhere na by mid 2014 pa ang dating nito dito with an MT variant kaso as a base model lang.. Ang ganda ganda ng new Mazda 3. Sana may mid level na MT.. hehe .. Anyways, matagal tagal pa naman to.. I still have a year of ipon.. hehe

Kakaiba kasi si kumander eh ayaw ng AT.. MT daw ang gusto para magamit nya daw. hehe Oks na oks to.. Sana nga mas mura sya mga sir.. Nalilito tuloy ako dapat mag Lancer EX kami next year eh.. Kaso since next year ang release ng new M3, eto na lang.. hehe

I don't know, but, I think MT is not impossible given that Berjaya now runs Mazda. And they really need to revive the 3's sales.

masyado ata nakapattern sa looks ng m6 etong bagong m3. i think masmaganda yung overpriced na current gen m3. masyado na elegante ito for me. ang m3 pa naman is known to look very sporty.

sir tunaflakes hintayin mo nalang kaya yung new altis? at least walang bad record. toyota kasi eh. reliable and economical talaga. highest resale value (along with honda) pa among the jap brands. unlike yung m3 specially with the base models na underpowered, gas guzzler, at napakababang resale value. imo, masyado na late bumili ng lancer next year. kasi siguro 2015 ang dating ng new model sa atin. pero if you think that the design of the current model will be a classic (like me) lancer na. matipid sa gas. not underpowered kahit 1.6 lang. talagang maximized every hp nung makina. partida i drive an automatic but i still dont feel na its underpowered. mura pa ang laki ng mga discounts ngayon eh specially for the base MT model.

We once owned a Mazda 3, though malakas sya sa gas, pogi naman ang tingin sakin ng tao, kaya ok lang.. ahahah Anyways, I was happy with our Mazda 3. And my wife seems excited with the 2014 M3, hopefully hindi lang base model ang M3 na MT. Kasi my wife wants it MT, ayoko naman ng base model (if hindi ganun kaganda ang features). I was leaning on the Lancer EX sana next year, kaso I saw on the EX thread na by 2015 may bagong look sya. Yung Corolla naman just so happened to be not my preference. I just don't like toyotas. I dunno why din sir. Pero its either M3 or EX for me next year. :D

I sold my FD before even checking the new FB. And I was so disappointed with the new Civic.

Anyways this is the 2014 M3 thread, let's just talk about the new M3 here and I'll visit you on the EX or Altis thread. :D

Rare breed yang kumander mo mahilig sa MT Parang si ermat din sanay sa MT kaya ayaw mag-AT. Ok din dahil ang sarap talaga ng kambyo ng Mazda. Walang sabit di tulad ng mga Toyota at Mitsu. Short throw pa.

Masyado mo naman binash yung lumang M3, eh yung Skyactiv na M3 nga ang pinag uusapan na hindi underpowered and hindi gas guzzler. Also, what's your basis on it having low resale value? Most FD's of the same year model are right in the same ballpark in terms of resale prices.

Yung 1.5 Skyactive ang current target ko tapos lagyan ko na lang nung Garmin HUD. AT nga lang dahil yun ang gusto ni kumander Tanong na lang is kung sedan or hatch. Pero talo-talo na kung may rumors about the CX3

Ako sir gusto ko din yung 1.5 Skyactive. Kung ok ang features at may MT dito ako. hehe minus 200 lbs ata tong M3 so I guess hindi na sya kasing takaw nung old M3 namin dati. Ako personally gwapong gwapo ako sa sedan, si misis naman eh hatch ang gusto. . hehe

Ngayon ko lang narinig yang CX3, pag tingin ko sa google ang ganda pala. . parang talo talo na din kung magkakaron ng ganun ahahahaha

May MT ba ang current Mazda 3? I like how the new M3 looks. Ang haba na ng hood mukha na syang RWD. Concern ko lang dito is the pricing. Given that the current model is overpriced, sana ayusin ng dealer yung pricing.

The previous Mazdas were overpriced because of Ford. Syempre ayaw nilang masapawan products nila. Most (all?) of their cars are also imported CBU from Japan (like Subaru). Now that Berjaya's distributing it and on top of that they're planning to assemble vehicles in Malaysia for the ASEAN market prices can only go down.

Nope sir, the 2.0L isn't Skyactiv yet. Same pa din sa dati, although 5-speed matic na, not 4-speed like the previous gen.

Thanks for the correction. I could've sworn that the 2.0 was Skyactiv when they launched it and the CX5 at BGC a few years ago. I still have the water bottle from that event
