9.5 et38 will need fender roll & camber. 9.5" will at least need 255/40 to avoid stretch. 245/40 might give a stretch that's not over the top..255 will be about 27mm, 245 about 22mm outside of the rear no-rub threshold of say an 18x8 et45 w/ 225/45 tires. That's a lot to tuck!!! But, if your up for some spending on rear camber arms & can take premature tire wear, then this can be done. To achieve that look, sacrifice tire life & add on unsprung weight? If you'd ask me....No, thanks.

8.5 et44 is doable w/ 225/45. No fender roll, no rub....but guess the set you're eyeing is staggered, right? That's more for RWDs. Doing that on FWDs won't give you anything but added weight, drag & recurring headaches, Ollie sir

    Again, just my 2cents.

hmm. actually been looking for rotas online(used and brandNew). I really want to improve my fc and reduce weight by buying lightweight rims.. but have a ceiling budget. I already have a set of tires(225/45/18).. so I'm looking into using those and staying away from stretching or anything that could compromise performance.

hehe.. I'm not eyeing for staggered. It just so happen that the wheels available online that I feel is within my budget happens to have the two specs mentioned above..

anyway thank you sir travs.. I guess I have to stick with the 8.5 et44.. haha it's just so tempting.. there are so many rims that
    look good * 9.5 et38..

    AnytiM3, Ollie sir.
True, so many good lightweight wheels out there. Fitment is key. Staying w/in the 8.5 et44 up limits will look great w/ 225/45s. What model might you be eyeing? Titans are nice, light, durable & within reach.
    Pics when you're done, please.
    Thanks.

PM Geo_S. He's the best guy to ask. Once you've decided, please email me your price & pics. I commonly get asked & I can probably refer those to you.

Anybody else experiencing this problem with their front windshield tints? I find it hard to believe that this can't be remedied by good old fashioned patience and workmanship.

Btw, I'm referring to the uneven adhesion over the textured black thingy (what is that for, anyway?).

Took it back to the dealer that installed it and they attempted to even out the adhesion, to no avail. Just gave me excuses, no possible remedies but to cut out the offending piece of tint.

That takes patience w/ pressure & a bit of heat on those dots that serve as your 3rd visor, doc.
