Testa, may I ask Kung Anong insulator that you are referring to? I left the car Sa dealer here Sa province for checkup yesterday but they said Sa Tuesday pa daw Nila titignan, I just thought it's better nasa kanila na Baka lumala pa Ang problem. Are you saying Na sakit ng mazda yan?

Our resident tech genius, Testa, is likely spot on.
Have your tech assess it. It's not a general nor serious flaw. Random early builds have been known to have this. No loose nuts nor bolts. No safety issues. Sound is likely coming from front coil spring-strutmount contact. This is due to slight tolerances on coil fit, plus our strutmounts are of the rigid type. The fix is a cheap & simple CX part (PN:KDY534081) called spring protector....a rubber insulator sleeve installed about 138mm from the top end of the front springs.

If they find this your case, the spring protectors will silence that tok....& fix will be covered free under yojin.

It is if your tech gets on it. Front strut/spring removal & reassembly take about an hour tops.

Ill try to drop by tomorrow sa dealer and share with the tech your inputs to help him out diagnose as he was like in limbo when I approached him with the problem when I left the car. Is the coil spring protector a common part that is easily purchased or he might say they will order it pa?? I am located in the province and was thinking that he might have that excuse.

I will presume that the time you mentioned is for the two front struts already?

Yes...that's for both if your tech knows his stuff.
The protectors are a Mazda part. Dealerships may have em on stock or they'd have to get em from MazdaPH. In the US, anyone can buy those from any dealership or Mazda parts vendor.
