pansin ko din mukhang taga south ata ang kadalasan owners ng Mz3 sa ngayon kaya?
Road test units lang yan. There are no PH spec 3s yet. Most likely they entered via Batangas and they're billeted somewhere nearby that's why puro nasa south ang sightings.
The Gen 3 Vios before it was formally released was spotted lots of times in the Alabang area.
A truckload of Sylphys was also spotted on SLEX before it was formally released.
Posting this here baka sakali taga GH pala si chinita

I am the highway...
Malamang ung 2.0 nasa 1.2-1.3M na range. Ung base model probably nasa 900K...
Reserved m3 at mazda greenhills. 10k. Launching daw is 3rd week of april at bgc. 1.5 less than 1m. 2.0 at about 1.2m.
1.5 and 2.0
...
The Mazda3 to be sold in the Philippines will get the full suite of SkyActiv tech such as the highly efficient SkyActiv engines in 1.5 and 2.0 liter displacements and the SkyActiv transmission for improved efficiency and power as well as the SkyActiv body for improved rigidity and driving agility.
...
The SkyActiv-G engines in the Mazda3 feature the latest in Mazda's engine technologies, featuring high compression ratios for improved combustion and 4-2-1 exhaust systems. This, on top of the variable valve timing and other engine tech enables the 1.5 liter engine to make 110 horsepower while the 2.0 liter makes 153 horsepower.

I've seen some of these in the US. Dito, wala pa ako nakikita. Hehe.

Very competitive pricing on the 2.0L variant! Good job Mazda!
I think the 1.5L is a bit overpriced. No i-stop and e-loop, no HID, no smartkey with push start for the price? If I have 900++, I would rather get a 1.6 altis, a 1.8 civic or a TOTL 1.8 Sylphy.

sa skyactive tech palang lamang na siya sa altis at civic eh. so i think it's priced competitively by subtly jabbing on the altis.

Kung mas matipid to kaysa sa Altis then potentially we have a winner. If ever sa Metro Manila lang 'to bebenta. Mazda has very little presence elsewhere.
But the Altis is so refined, spacious, well-speced and is a Toyota so it's hard to trump it.

Parang ang hirap din lunukin nung 900k for the very basic model. Besides, hindi naman familiar ang mga non-car enthusiasts kung ano ba yung skyactive technology.
Di naman ganun ka bare yung 1.5. May usb, bluetooth na rin naman. Tapos 6sp AT with paddleshift. Made in Japan pa. Ano bang meron and similarly priced Altis & Civic? Di ako familiar sa specs nila kasi.
Pansin ko rin, euro 4 skyactive engine. Does that mean Sa Unioil ka lang pwede magpagas or sa Petron Blaze 100?
