How to get to Edsa Shangrila Plaza Mall

sensya na po at hanggang SM north lang nararating ko...
i know it's in the corner of shaw and edsa but kung may dala ako car coming from cubao, san ba daan papunta dun.. wala yatang likuan dun sa mismong tapat ng Edsa Shang going southbound. baka kasi puro one-way mapasukan ko.. be specific lang po sa mga streets na lilikuan..

from cubao, assuming sa edsa ka dadaan, take ortigas flyover, right on the first corner, then take right again this should take you towards robinson's.

Go Straigth towards Julia Vargas, take right AFTER the island (should you miss this, take UTURN at edsa, signs are visible) then left... you'll find Megamall FX terminal to your right... take right on the next corner... you'll find shangri-la hotel to your left

next is ground level parking, take left and you'll find shang's multi-lelve parking.. park at the 5th level, andoon kasi ang bridge to the mall.

should you turn right at J. vargas BEFORE the center island, take the UTURN slot near edsa

or crossing ibabaw ka, then right turn sa shaw (gilid ng starmall) may u-turn doon sa ilalaim ng flyover. tapos mo mag u-turn, left turn ka naman papunta ng megamall. then right papasok ng shangrila mall.

btw, konting ingat po sa pag akyat sa carpark. particularly scary ung carpark nila coz it's steeper and narrower.

somebody please verify: bawal ba u-turn sa edsa corner shaw mismo. wala kasi ako nakikitang no u-turn sign dun (baka di ko lang napapansin).

on topic kung ako, i would go with the route that RedHorse gave.

Much easier than people make it appear to be. Just go and park and don't pressure yourself, I'm sure your 3 months of experience will get you through. [emoji106]

Mataas ba ground clearance ng kotse mo? If youre driving an lc,suburban, etc mahirap tignan pero hindi nagon kahirap. If midsize suv to cars lng naman kayang kaya no worries. I suggest don ka magpark s bagong building near mega kung steep talaga for you s shang proper.

Naalala ko baptism of fire ko, nag kaayaanag shang newbie driver din with a new car ako. No idea about sa parking ng shang nung papasok na ako ng incline napamura ako! Ano ito?!! Ang hirap! Hehe mangiyak ngiyak ako sa kaba feeling mo kakayod ka sa pader or maside swipe mo kasalubong mo.

The gruesome part is antagal mo makarating sa itaas.

Pero kaya mo yan! Wag ma pressure sa asa likod.

We are talking about the mall in Mandaluyong, aren't we? The parking building along EDSA? I used to park there when I worked in Ortigas as a fresh grad. It's not that bad naman. Parang megamall parking lang. There is open space parking too. Not sure if it's still there?

*cns yun nga lang ang daming paikot ikot. But SM BF is worse. Parang never ending ikot

The only worry I'd have is if my car was old and hirap sa pataas. But since your car is new, kayang kaya mo yan.

Mga Sirs, actually yung license ko ang 3 months old, pero ang actual driving exposure ko started when I picked the car from the dealer 2 weeks ago. before that it was just 5 hours of driving school. Hehehe.

Napapaisip na nga ko sa megamall na lang mag park at lakarin na lang namin.

Sir, Parang dun na yata tinayo yung bagong East wing building sa previous open parking , kung hindi ako nagkamali sa nabasa ko. Mas madali daw parking dun pero 10AM pa ang open nila yata. Will be late sa 9AM appointment.
