Going to Subic

I'm planning to go to Subic on the 3rd weekend of December. I would like to take this route NLEX -> Jose Abad Santos Ave -> SCTEX, how's the road condition in Jose Abad Ave (at night)?

Meron lang konti road repairs sa may bandang hermosa and dinalupihan. Pero if madaling araw yung byahe wala naman gano traffic.
