Going to Subic

I'm planning to go to Subic on the 3rd weekend of December. I would like to take this route NLEX -> Jose Abad Santos Ave -> SCTEX, how's the road condition in Jose Abad Ave (at night)?

Baka ma traffic ka pa dyan sir. Just take the last NLEX exit then take SCETEX, hassle and traffic free ka pa.
