^Which part of Baguio are you going to? AFAIK only certain parts of Baguio are covered by number coding. If you stay outside city proper you should be fine. Otherwise, I suppose you'd have to take public transport if you plan on going around the city on Monday. Considering the scarcity of parking spaces in Baguio City proper, it's actually more convenient to do so.
