So that means for each convoy, you have a shut down of an hour and five minutes at the least.

Can't they just chopper each state leader from Clark to Manila?
Malamang yung mga kasama ng world leaders ang by land ..di sila kasya sa chopper

May naka post na announcement sa electronic billboards ng Skyway...

Our VP arrived at almost the same time as I did (10:45) Usually he is in the office by 10:15. He couldn't leave his hotel in Makati because there were so many delegates and security. I am thinking it will be worse tomorrow.

I know it's in another thread but....what's the best route to go there? Given that there are road closures due to ASEAN? C5 then SLEX?

    Sorry for the OT...

I have nothing against this lady (we've all violated a traffic law), but she violated and bragged about it...

LTO did the right thing by penalizing here for her actions.

Maria Isabel Lopez’s license revoked over Asean traffic stunt | Inquirer.net

Lopez was also barred from reapplying and reacquiring a driver’s license for the next two years
On top of the revocation of her license, Lopez was also made to pay a total fine of P8,000. Garcia said that P5,000 of which was for violating the anti-distracted driving law, while P3,000 was for her reckless driving and disregarding of traffic signs
