Di pa ko nagbabackread pero FYI lang para sa mga maaapektuhan:

Kaninang umaga pa lang lockdown na yung immediate vicinity ng Sofitel. Those coming in thru Diokno from MOA would have to turn right at Buendia (from four lanes to two kaya bottleneck).

    Open bro.

Discretionary lang for some branches that will be directly affected by the route.

Fully operational ang clearing as per pchc memoranda

Sounds like only the SB portion of NLEX will be affected, or will they close the whole section of NLEX each time a convoy passes through?

NLEX to be on lockdown for leaders arriving for ASEAN Summit

You can include Metrobank. Open din daw sila since open daw ang Philippine Clearing House.

Or we can leave during the wee hours of 11 to 15 if we're going to use NLEX.

I doubt gising na yung mga leaders ng ganong oras.

The plan, so far, is to close the lane and toll gates 15 minutes before the leader's convoy leaves Clark airport. The NLEX lane and toll gates will only be opened 5 minutes after the leader leaves NLEX.

Leaders will arrive on November 11 (Saturday) and 12 (Friday), but mostly on the 11th. However, not all leaders are traveling by land.

United States President Donald Trump, for instance, may be traveling by air from Clark to Metro Manila, said Albayalde. He is arriving on November 12.

The leaders traveling by land will arrive at separate times, thus spacing the number of times NLEX will be on lockdown during those two days.

A similar lockdown schedule will be in place when the leaders depart after the ASEAN summit ends on November 14, said Albayalde.

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority is set to release a traffic advisory on the NLEX lockdown.
So if they close the NLEX 15 mins prior to the convoy leaving Clark then another 5 minutes after, that's already 20 minutes. Assuming a distance of NLEX to be 80kms from Clark to Balintawak, if the convoys run at 120kph that's a 45 minute drive more or less. So that means for each convoy, you have a shut down of an hour and five minutes at the least.

Can't they just chopper each state leader from Clark to Manila?
