If you must use it because your spare is worse, then use it for the rear. A high speed front tyre blow up can be deadly, a rear wheel blow up just damages your mags.

Actually, my spare is still fresh, unused even. It's just that I wait 10,000 KM before rotating. Now that I think about it though, this might be too large of an interval since my 4 tires are now more visibly worn than the unused spare.

i guess, one can still use the punctured tire normally as long as the punctured tire wasn't run flat. had the mistake of not noticing that one of my tires was run flat. ayun, reserba na sya.
ako nga noon sa side pa yung butas ng tire (sinaksak ng mga addict).
pina vulcanize ko rin. tapos nilagay ka sa rear.
nagamit ko pa pauwi-balik ng bicol. overloaded pa kami non.
hangang sa nabenta ko na yung sasakyan, ok pa rin yung mga gulong.
use the spare. spare the punctured-but-repaired tire. file it under "tire rotation", which is what we should be doing, anyway.
