personally ive been using the china brand tires.. so far so good.. sa isang kotche ko bought WANLI then sa isang kotche ko naman WESTLAKE tires.. both sa 18's na mags ko.. ok naman.. pinakamalayo na tinakbo ko is quezon province.. wala naman naging problema. price is half the price nung mga branded one. not bad... palit ka nalang after 2-3 years.. para sigurado ka.

Best budget tire I ever used were Bridgestone Turanza ER60s.

Good enough for that occassional sprint driving and corner gripping.

Try mo sa Roadstar Makati or Fort. Dyan ako nakabili six months ago ng Kumho, forgot the exact model but there's only one type for that tire size. Reasonably priced.

Every 40-50 thousand kms presuming walang abnormal wear at rotated every 5,000 kms

Hi guys! New here, and a newbie with car modding and stuff.

I've read one post in this thread that Yokohamas are the best to go with. Couple of questions:

1. How much would a set would normally go for?
2. Does it include one for the spare?
3. Do you recommend surplus or used tires?
4. Any particular tire specs I should take into consideration? (I own a 2009 Honda City)

What car? What size of tires? What brand of Yokohomas are you looking at?
